I started dancing in Greece at the age of 6, and continued to dance around the world ever since. 

DANCE EDUCATION

My dance training includes techniques of Contemporary Dance and Improvisation.I trained in Graham Technique, Limon Technique, Simonson Technique, Gaga Movement, and practiced Release Technique, Dance Improvisation and DancceTheater.

I have trained and worked with teachers and choreographers including
